Pada beberapa kasus terdapat permasalahan dimana modem tidak bisa membaca sms yang masuk, salah satau kemungkinanya adalah seting sms disimpan dimana. dari permasalahan tersebut kemungkinan solusinya adalah :

sambungkan modem cdma dan kartu yang ada dengan komputer.
melalui hyperterminal ketikan perintah
